HILTON HEAD, SC-National Golf Properties Inc. of Santa Monica, CA has purchased Oyster Reef Golf Club on Hilton Head Island, SC and Canoa Hills Golf Course near Tucson, AZ for a total $11 million. The company didn't disclose the sellers' names or the size and income of the properties, according to a published report.
National Golf also acquired an 11% interest in Royal Golf II for $4.4 million. The company had owned 89% of Royal Golf since 1994. Royal Golf owns the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club and the Shipyard Golf Club on Hilton Head Island.
