Ceridian Corp., information services company that serves the human resources, transportation and media markets, has signed a long-term lease for 7,825 sf at 222 Riverside Plaza beginning this month, The Minneapolis-based company moved from 311 S. Wacker Dr.
J. Frank Franzese and Darren Flynn of Cushman and Wakefield's Downtown office represented Ceridian while Erica Rodgers of C.B. Richard Ellis represented New York State Teachers Retirement System, the building's owner.Meanwhile, Warner Brothers has signed a seven-year lease for 4,653 sf at 444 N. Michigan Ave., at the foot of the Magnificent Mile. The Burbank, CA-based unit of AOL Time Warner will move into the 500,000-sf building in April.
Howard Perino and Louis Hall of Cushman & Wakefield represented Warner Brothers in site selection and lease negotiations. Brian Whiting of J.F. McKinney Associates represented the building's owner, Louis Dreyfus Property Group.
