DETROIT-The Atlanta-based company has been looking at a site in Riverbend Plaza shopping center to build a new store. It would be part of a 23-acre project that also would include 120 townhouse condominiums.
The 23-acre plaza project, which includes 120 townhouse condominiums, is on East Jefferson Road on Detroit's east side.
"We're still looking at different locations, but we may have a final agreement in the near future (on that site)," said Tom Gray, a spokesman for the company.
