Zimmel Associates, Edison, NJ, has the leasing assignment for the new building, which is located within the Brunswick Business Park, near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. "We have been very active in the flex market," says David Zimmel, executive vice president of Zimmel Associates. "In particular, space that is divisable for small- to mid-size operations doesn't stay on the market for very long."
Developer Denholtz Associates will provide on-site management for the new facility.
