Itasca, IL-based FCL Builders, Inc. completed the office and warehouse building for the commercial direct mail marketing firm in five months. The building features 30,895 sf of warehouse space and 5,655 sf of office space, with four truck docks and 40 parking spaces. It is possible to expand the building by another 23,250 sf.
Dave Liebman of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented American Marketing Services & Consultants. Project manager Larry Gamm and assistant project manager Derek Speer oversaw construction for FCL. Timothy Morgan & Associates served as project architect.
