Chris Ellis, principal of retail development, and Bill Osherow, senior vice president of retail leasing, have left the Trammell Crow fold. Ellis has been with Trammell Crow since March 1997 and Osherow since July 1994. In a statement, Trammell Crow says the two had been instrumental in the office's retail success.
Endeavor handles a number of major commercial projects in the Austin area. Most recently, the company had announced the development of a 325,000-sf office complex on 20 acres in Rollingwood near Zilker Park.
