The building is located in the Canton Commerce Center, an office/research and development park located just off Route 138. The expansion here demonstrates the commercial potential of this area, which is about 20 miles south of the city, and has recently seen a number of projects develop. Developer Terry Conroy recently bought two buildings here on Dan Road on speculation that he plans to develop into research and development space.
