FMB Real Estate reports that Professional Placement Associates, an executive recruiting firm, has signed a lease for 3,200 sf on the third floor for six years. Rakow Commercial Realty Group represented the tenant in the deal.
In addition, Rexam Inc., a cosmetic packaging company, has signed a lease deal for 4,200 sf on the second floor of the building. Antares Real Estate represented Rexam in the transaction that has a five-year term. Rexam is relocating its operations from Stamford, CT,
