The international provider of tech education and certification has occupied the property for at least five years, Jay Annand, Insignia/ESG's leasing director, tells GlobeSt.com. Each of the structures at 1055, 1057 and 1059 S. Sherman St. contains about 30,000 sf. According to Annand, Global Knowledge acquired the operation and leases about a year ago in a takeover of a Nortel Corp. division.
Annand represented Global Knowledge in the transaction. Building owner American Industrial Properties has in-house broker Tonya Brockmole to negotiate the pact.
