Four Points by Sheraton Hotel to Open in Fall

The property, which will feature 178 guest rooms, is currently under construction and is being integrated into The Maritime Centre -- a high-rise office and shopping mall complex on Salter and Hollis Streets. The Four Points by Sheraton Halifax will be the 17th Four Points by Sheraton facility in Canada.

Features and services of the new property will include 1,500 sf of premium meeting space, a heated indoor pool with exercise facility, underground parking and a business center. After its opening in September, the ownership plans to add approximately 5,000 sf of flexible meeting space to the facility. Company officials relate that the space will be integrated from the existing retail mall into the hotel and transformed into a premium conference center.
