"We will have more than 105,000 sf available over the next 90 days," Andy Sumlin of Barry tells GlobeSt.com. The space will be offered at the $20-per-sf range. "This is a very competitive rate," he says.
Total space in the complex, owned by Beta West of Denver, is 188,000 sf. Barry is also marketing a new six-story 125,000 sf building to be constructed at the complex.
