The four-year-old ReNEWal Realty, headed by Robert B. Stang, was formed to take advantage of New Jersey's growing effort to return environmentally contaminated sites to usefulness. The company typically acquires such sites, remediates them, and redevelops them in a sustainable manner. Among its major current projects is Willingboro Town Center in South Jersey, a 700,000-sf mixed use effort.
At build-out Willingboro Town Center will include retail, office, industrial, civic, educational and residential uses. Presently, a 260,000-sf Merck Medco managed care facility, a library, a community college and several leading retailers have committed to the project.
