Winston Hotels is a real estate investment trust specializing in the development, acquisition and rehabilitation of limited-service, high-end extended-stay and full-service hotels.
Its portfolio is increasingly weighted towards the industry's upscale segment. The REIT currently owns 49 operating hotels with 6,723 rooms in 12 states. It also holds a 49% ownership interest in two operating hotels.
