She is responsible for all marketing and research efforts, including the creation and rollout of the new Welsh Cos.' visual identity that will be displayed on all leasing signs, advertisements and collateral. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate marketing plan, advertising production and placement, public relations, and web site design.
