Jonathan Tesser of Colliers Houston represented Ortho-McNeil in the transaction, for which details were not disclosed. Advance's Frank Pratt served as in-house leasing representative for the owner.
The class A office campus, when completed, will consist of four buildings totaling 315,000 sf. Construction is just underway on the 96,000-sf Bridgewater IV. Besides Ortho-McNeil, tenants in the three existing buildings include Lucent Technologies, DSET, Ariba Inc. and the headquarter of United National Bank.
