Included among those leasing here are the five recent transactions done by AMCC, which leased 70,000 sf; Cerida, which leased 35,000 sf; MuliLink, which leased 35,000 sf; SpeedTrak, which leased 20,000 sf and Tiburon, which leased 35,000 sf. Two Marriott Hotels are also scheduled to open shortly here as well as a Spring hill Suites and a Residence Inn.
"That many deals in such a short period of time was surprising," Jeff Wright, of Brickstone's public relations firm, PAN Communications, tells GlobeSt.com. "There is a lot of interest in this project."
One building in the project, which is being developed by locally based Brickstone Properties, has yet to be built. According to Wright there is steady interest in that property. "There is nothing definitive yet," he says.
