Greenbriar Corp. has signed a five-year lease for 12,112 sf to accommodate its estimated 30-plus staff, planning a move in mid-April. The lease and headquarters sale, involving a 25,509 sf building in Addison, has been handled by Christopher C. Leighton, vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial's investment division.
