Parts Manufacturer Pays $1.2 Mil Industrial Space

LOS ANGELES-Spyke Inc., a motorcycle parts manufacturer, has purchased 13,958-sf industrial facility in Downey, CA for $1.2 million.

The 13,958-sf facility, located at 11258 Regentview Ave., will house both the company's corporate headquarters and manufacturing/distribution operations.

Michael Ward of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented Spyke, while the seller, Stockton Lyons LLC of Paramount, CA represented itself.
