Rubbico, a vice president with CRESA Partners/Boston, was previously a portfolio manager for Corporate Realty Investment Co. LLC where she was engaged in the acquisition and disposition of more than $500 million in single tenant net-leased properties, including office, industrial and retail uses. The graduate of Northeastern University is a member of the New England Women in Real Estate.
Hawley, an associate with CRESA Partners/Boston, worked at Grubb & Ellis Company in Stamford, CT prior to joining the firm.
