Harbor Tool, which offers stamping, assembly and fabrication for the transportation and welded tubing industry, is consolidating two branch offices in Chicago and south suburban Posen. The company will use all but 7,200 sf for its manufacturing operations.

Construction was supervised by Principle Construction president James Brucato, senior project manager Richard Stanczak, general superintendent James Mance, and assistant superintendent Doug Brucato. Arete 3 Ltd. was project architect.
