San Antonio, TX-based USAA Realty Co., which also handles the leasing of the 1.078-million-sf Blackhawk Center industrial complex in West Chicago, represented Caron Inc. The property, which is 100% leased to a single tenant for 15 years, includes 3.75 acres in the Spring Lake Industrial Park.

Financing was provided by Principal Life Insurance Co., which holds a $3.15-million mortgage on the property.
