Burnham Real Estate Services represented the lessor,Brookwood Sorrento Investors, in the transaction. The Sande Co. represented the lessee, SOLA Optical USA.
Meanwhile, Altera Corp. signed a five-year, $4.7-million lease for30,334 sf of office space in the Sorrento South Corporate Center. Burnham Real Estate Services represented the lessor, WCBThirty-One LP. Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee.
