ROSEVILLE, MN-Cave & Associates will build a two-story, 18-unit complex at 197 County Road B2 after a controversial zoning change is approved. The property had been zoned for retail business use but had long sat vacant.
The council agreed to change the zoning from retail business to multifamily housing. Several residents were concerned about the project's impact on the neighborhood, but council members generally agreed the proposal would benefit the area.
