Credit Union is Building 106,000-SF Complex

Affinity Federal will use the new facility as a credit union bank, client service center and general office space. Until completion, currently slated for January 2002, Affinity is leasing space from G&W at 10 Independence Dr. in nearby Warren, NJ.

The new facility, which is being designed by the Grad Partnership, is the initial structure in Mountain View Corporate Center. G&W is targeting a total of more than 820,000 sf of office space at the headquarters campus.
