Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr PC is now occupying 70,776 sf. "The additional office space will accommodate our law firm's current growth and plans for expansion in the future," says Jim Jordan, CEO of Munsch Hardt. Just five years ago, the 16-year-old firm had launched its downtown Austin office.
Kirby White, Fountain Place's leasing manager, has represented the Ft. Worth-based building owner, Crescent Real Estate Equities LP. Carl Ewert of The Staubach Co., based in Dallas, has acted on the tenant's behalf. Fountain Place is a 1.2-million sf, 60-story downtown landmark in Dallas' CBD. The structure is one of the many buildings connected via pedestrian tunnels.
