The firm will be looking at vacant land, existing service station properties as well as existing buildings as potential sites. The company will also consider land/lease or purchase deals and will handle all zoning requirements with local municipal approval agencies.
Within the next year, the Amoco name will be discontinued and the stations will be operated as BP outlets, Goldschmidt adds.
