Royce Lacey, vice president and industrial specialist, has acted on Applied Materials' behalf for the spot at 4221 Friedrich Lane.
Office specialist Derek Silva also has signed two other recent office leases. Transit Mix Concrete and Materials Co. has moved from 2101 Interstate 35 to 8906 Wall St. Silva has represented Transit Mix in the five-year, 4,000-sf pact. The space will serve as the company's administrative, accounting and dispatch office. Broker Tony Bird of Bird Commercial has represented the building owner in the transaction.
Silva also brokered a 1,578-sf lease for Sherman-based Healthline Diagnostics Inc. at 2520 Longview St. The company, which signed a two-year lease, is a sleep study lab. Mike Lewis of Lewis Commercial has represented the building owner.
