The park, a four-building, 300,000-sf property, is the redevelopment of the former Lockheed Martin plant undertaken by GMH Associates of Newtown Square, PA. The latest lease follows one recently signed with Expert Plan, an Internet-based 401K plan solutions provider.
In the expansion, Maximus is more than doubling the space it has been occupying in nearby Hamilton Twp., NJ. The new space is currently being fitted out for occupancy, which is slated for the end of this month. Maximus specializes in providing HR consulting services to government agencies.
