In April 1998, a $6-million capital improvement program began on the property that included renovation of the lobby, modernization of the elevators, a new roof, an upgrade to the energy management and fire alarm systems and rehabilitation of the covered parking garage.

Located about 15 miles from Manhattan between Marcus Avenue and Union Turnpike, the property, which was built in 1979 and features a ground floor cafe, is near the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway. The area is considered the most stable office market on Long Island, according to Kennedy-Wilson.
