The renovation of 319 units in phase two of Post Harbour Place was completed for an estimated build-out cost of $34 million or $106,583 per unit. The 525-unit rental community on Harbour Island near Downtown Tampa, has one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhouses with an average size of 1000 sf.
The second phase of Post Uptown Place in Charlotte, N.C. was completed for a total of $30 million or $132,158 per unit. The 227-unit community in the Uptown area of Gateway, includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments that average 1,100 sf.
Post officials refused to disclose to GlobeSt.com the rental rates on either property and would not comment on comparable rental rates in the respective markets.
