According to the terms of the agreement, GC Services will occupy 26,832 sf of office space at at the complex for nine and one-half years. The facility is located at 4900 Rivergrade Road. The firm is relocating to the complex from another building that also is in the San Gabriel Valley.
A brokerage team consisting of Rick Gold and Brian Luft of NAI Capital Commercial, along with Jon Silberman of NAI Partners Commercial, represented the tenant. The space was sublet from Washington Mutual, which was represented by a brokerage team comprised of Jonathan Larsen and Ron Heim of Trammell Crow Co., along with Jim Bannon of Tiarna Partners.
