In the larger of the two deals, the state Department of Rehabilitation has inked a deal to take 6,700-sf at the Pasadena complex. The agency has signed a seven-year lease, which is valued at $1.4 million, for suite 300 at the Pasadena complex.
The nine-story tower, which is 96% occupied, stands at 150 South Office Tower. Kevin W. Duffy of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. The landlord, commercial real estate owner and operator The Shidler Group, was represented by Kinden Mitchell and Shaun Stiles of Cushman & Wakefield.
Mitchell and Stiles also represented The Shidler Group in a separate deal with the Law Offices of Salz & Salz. The firm has signed a three-year, one-month lease for 3,887 sf at the complex. The tenant, who was represented in-house, will occupy suite 910.
