Burnham Pacific to Pay Stockholders 10 Cents Per Share

SAN DIEGO-Burnham Pacific Properties Inc. today announced a liquidating distribution of 10 cents per share to its common stockholders.

The distribution will be payable April 23, 2001 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2001.

Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on retail real estate. The real estate investment trust is in the process of liquidating its portfolio of retail real estate assets.
