Cognet develops software management technologies for corporate computing and personal communications devices. The company is expanding its space at Sutton Park by 5,750 sf, according to Louis Dreyfus officials.

"Our rapid growth has made expansion a necessity, and we are pleased that Louis Dreyfus has made additional resources and space available to accommodate our requirements," says Marc Ruskin, chief financial officer of Cognet. "Remaining at Sutton Park allows us to maintain a consistent presence with our customers, partners and vendors."Sutton Park North is the first of three buildings approved for Sutton Park, a 400,000-sf office complex. Louis Dreyfus Property Group recently announced plans for Sutton Park South, a new 75,000-square-foot building with offices ranging in size from 2,000 sf to 75,000 sf. Construction has not begun on that project. Louis Dreyfus is also marketing a build-to-suit venture in Downtown Stamford called Connecticut Place. While reports in the brokerage community say that several lease deals are pending at the proposed 23-story office tower, that development hasn't broken ground either.
