FirstWorthing, an apartment owner and manager, has signed a deal for 33,562 sf of office space at The Plaza at Bachman Creek. Move-in is set for June.

Jeff Ellerman of Staubach's Southwest Corporate Services has represented the tenant for the spot at 3890 W. Northwest Highway in Dallas. The building owner, Prentiss Properties, has used in-house broker Clif Cone to seal the deal. FirstWorthing's Dallas office is now located at 814 Walnut Lane.

FirstWorthing, based in Dallas, has been around for a quarter of a century. It has developed, built, acquired and managed more than 40,000 units, valued in excess of $1.8 billion, in the US for itself and third-party investors.

Ellerman and co-broker Laurie Wilkerson also have a final signing to a 15,000-sf lease at International Business Park at 4120 International Parkway in Carrollton. CDG & Associates, a consulting firm, will move into the new location in mid-May, GlobeSt.com has been told. The firm currently offices at 16901 Dallas Parkway. Barbara Houlihan has represented the building owner, CBPBC Phase VIII LLC.

The Weitzman Group has signed Nude Furniture to an 18,000-sf lease at Parker Plaza Shopping Center at 2901 W. Parker Rd. in Plano. This will be the sixth Dallas-Ft. Worth location for the retailer of unfinished solid wood furniture. The store has set an early May opening. Howard Fuerst and Jeff Harrison with Weitzman's commercial retail division have negotiated the lease in cooperation with Lincoln Property Co.

Meanwhile, Petland will move into 12,962 sf at Dal-Rich Village, positioned at 101 S. Coit Rd. in Richardson. The store marks the fourth metroplex franchise location for the full-service pet retail business. A mid-April opening is planned.

David Levinson and Denny Williams, also with Weitzman's Commercial Retail Division, have acted on behalf of the Petland franchisee. Dal Rich Shopping Center JV is the property owner.
