Henneberry spent 28 years at Cleveland-based The Jacobs Group, where he oversaw development such as the mixed-use Society Center high-rise tower and the Cleveland Indians' Jacobs Field. "We were looking for someone with strong values, well-developed leadership and managerial skills and vast experience in multi-city operations as well as large-scale mixed-use developments," says Chairman and CEO Ron Pizzuti. "Tom shares our emphasis on hard work, high ideals and an entrepreneurial spirit. He brings with him a great deal of expertise and unique talent to our management team."
Pizzuti says his company will continue to focus on class A office and institutional grade industrial developments. "Last year we formed a strategic alliance with Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd. which increased our flexibility from a financial perspective allowing us to be more competitive in the industry and positioning us for opportunities in new markets," Pizzuti explains. "This year we set out to strengthen our internal management team and systems, Tom is just the man to help us do that."
