Triton builds radio systems that connect office tower communication systems through high-speed wireless rings. Advanced Radio Telecom Inc. of Bellevue, WA owes Triton $2.7 million in unpaid bills, according to the company's bankruptcy petition.

Triton expects first-quarter revenues to fall in the $7.5 million to $8.5 million range. The company went public last July. Advanced Radio was one of the firm's major customers at that time.

Triton stock hit its peak on the Nasdaq at $44.69 on July 20, 2000. The share price plunged to $1.56 on March 21 of this year. It is currently trading at $1.69.
