MINNEAPOLIS-Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors led the search for an architect for the $100-million theater complex. They now will serve as project advisor and project manager for design and construction of the new theater.
Keewaydin now will assist the Guthrie in selection of the project's theater consultant, engineering firm, cost consultant, geo-technical consultant and the general contractor for the project, and in the negotiation of agreements with the members of the design team.
