In the wake of the acquisition, the partnership will continue an upgrade program initiated by the seller. The program includes newly refurbished lobbies, elevators and common areas. Current tenants at 100 Davidson Ave. include The Wackenhut Corp., 3Com Corp. and Pulte Home Corp.
Gary Gabriel, Andrew J. Merin, David Bernhaut and Jose Cruz of the C&W's Financial Services Group handled the transaction for seller. According to Gabriel," The property is 92% occupied and has several leases pending."
Adds Michael Taylor, vice president of Lincoln Property Co., "the property was marketed for sale as a very competitive class B office building by Cushman & Wakefield."
