Spun-off Publisher Moves HQ to Windsor Corporate Park

Commonwealth Business Media was once part of Primedia, the New York-based publisher of magazines and business information. Primedia spun the company off last fall, and it was purchased by a group of investors. Following Commonwealth's reorganization, it sought new space for its headquarters operations.

Tenant fit-out for Commonwealth is currently underway, and occupancy is slated for early next month. Windsor Corporate Park is being developed by Newtown Square, PA-based GMH Capital Partners.
