The 15,540-sf property, known as Brotherton Plaza, is at 2250 Escondido Blvd. in Escondido. The buyer plans to use a portion of the property for the Mohnacky Animal Hospital of Escondido.
The seller was the Rihan Family Trust, which purchased the property in 1988, with Saudi S. Rihan as trustee.
Howard Zatkin of Colliers International represented the buyer. Don Zeck of CDC Commercial represented the seller.
