Morgan Alton Ltd. purchased the property as an investment from AMPROP Santa Fe LLC, with American Property Enterprises as manager.
Jim Spain and Brian Strange of Colliers International represented the buyer. Jay Alexander, also of Colliers International, and Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.
Santa Fe Business Center is fully leased. Major tenants include Universal Quartz, Ramtech Manufacturing and Aethercom Manufacturing.Originally developed by The Koll Company in 1989, the center was recently upgraded and modernized by American Property Enterprises, which purchased the property in October 1998.
