US OnLine and West Creek Town Homes Ltd. have signed the pact for the community, which recently has been developed by J&P Properties. US Holdings CEO Rob Solomon says the deal is in line with plans to beef up the Austin-based high-tech provider's presence in San Antonio. Additional deals with J& P Properties appear in the works, based on corporate statements in a press release.
US OnLine is a USOL Holdings subsidiary. Its portfolio spans seven markets in Texas' four major metropolises, Denver, Washington, DC and Portland, OR.
