The food distribution company will be relocating its corporate headquarters from its present location in Fountain Valley to the new facility located at 5375 Hunter Ave. A&R plans to occupy the new space in May 2001.
Jeff Read, SVP with Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the family trust in the transaction. Jeff Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office represented the tenant in the deal.
