The Federal Courthouse is a 12-story, $97-million project that was completed in 1998. It houses the federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. attorney's office, the U.S. marshal's office and judges' chambers.
An independent council of professionals judged the design, cost efficiency and ability to meet the government's criteria.
