Fully Leased Office Building Sells for $4 Mil

SAN DIEGO-A 32,360-sf multi-tenant office building has been sold to private investors for $4 million.

George V. and Ellen M. Casey bought the structure, located at 6725 Mesa Ridge Rd., from Mesa Vista Properties LLC. The building is fully leased to nine tenants, according to Burnham Real Estate Services, which handled the sale for buyers.

Russ Stai of Burnham Real Estate represented the buyers in the transaction, while Barry Mahlberg represented the sellers.
