Partnership Buys Industrial Buildings for $6.18 Mil

VISTA, CA-A partnership has sold two multi-tenant industrial buildings, totaling 71,400 sf in this North County community for $6.18 million.

Sweetman Properties LLC bought the property at 980-990 Park Center Dr. from Park Center Industrial LLC, a company whose managing partners are Bill Shirley and John Tworoger.

Kent Moore of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI represented the seller, and Rick Cohen represented the buyer.
