Equity raised $40,,000 last year, surpassing the $25,000 goal. The annual event is called the Run for Atlanta's Children and Education.
As previously reported, Equity is merging this year with publicly traded Spieker Properties Inc. of Menlo Park, CA. Equity has a portfolio of 380 buildings comprising 98.9 million sf in 24 states and the District of Columbia.
