After joining Ryan, Sims has worked on such key projects as 610 Business Center, a 50-acre business park in Brooklyn Park, MN, and a 300-acre business park in Shakopee, MN. Sims joined United Properties in 1993 as part of the industrial brokerage group. Sims was president of the Organization of Commercial Realtors in 1999.
