John Hanley of the Staubach Co.'s Austin office has finalized the leases. The sublease space has become available by another high-tech firm's downsizing and relocation, GlobeSt.com has been told. Inside Outside has inked about 10,000 sf in the office building and Cobalt is taking the estimated 7,000-sf balance. The companies have signed for the remainder of the term of the sublease space, according to Hanley.
The Seattle-based Cobalt Group is a provider of e-business products and services for automotive dealers and manufacturers. According to the company, nearly half of the nation's dealers use Cobalt technology for online business. In addition to its homeport and Austin, Cobalt also has offices in Portland, OR, Detroit and Columbus, OH.
